Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of placing your order, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund. Contact us to let us know why you are dissatisfied with your order, and what we can do to make it right.
We at Biscuit Bob's Gourmet Dog Treats pride ourselves on getting your order to you quickly and cost-effectively. We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service, but may sometimes use UPS or other services depending on the size of the order and the destination. We strive to ship all of our orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, to make sure that our treats are as fresh as possible, we keep our production very close to our typical demand. If your order is particularly large, or occurs during an unusual spike in sales, there may be a small delay as we ramp up production to keep up with new orders. We promise to do our best to get your order out quickly, and keep you informed of any delay.
